Variosystems acquires KUBEG to strengthen development and industrialisation competences

Variosystems, a global electronics services provider, acquires Switzerland-based KUBEG, a rapid prototyping and small series electronics solutions company. The acquisition will strengthen Variosystems’ development and industrialisation competences, resulting in the launch of the VARIOincubator. The newly introduced strategy supports customers from the spark of an idea all the way through to series production and life-cycle management of electronic solutions.
