Variosystems, an international service provider for electronics solutions, has acquired Heicks Industrieelektronik GmbH, a leading technology company specializing in electronic solutions for the aerospace sector. With the acquisition, Variosystems is enhancing its manufacturing expertise in surface treatment for electronic solutions and securing a local production site to better serve its German customers. The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
