Capvis wins award ‘Best Workplaces in Switzerland 2020’!
We are proud to announce that Capvis has been named one of Switzerland’s Best Workplaces for 2020 in the ‘small business’ category by the international research and consulting institute ‘Great Place to Work’.
The award recognises Capvis for its particularly challenging, appreciative and attractive workplace culture. The assessment is based on an anonymous survey of all employees and a culture audit carried out by ‘Great Place to Work’. Key elements such as trust, pride, fairness, team spirit, professional development, remuneration, promotion of health and leadership quality were surveyed.
