Capvis invests into leading digital transformation and IT strategy consultancy AdEx Partners
Capvis joins forces with AdEx Partners and supports the management team in continuing to develop the company. The growth strategy will be further enhanced through expansion of the service portfolio, internationalization, and M&A. The existing management team and partners will continue to be invested alongside Capvis.

Capvis has agreed to invest in the Hamburg-based company AdEx Partners, a highly regarded digital transformation and IT strategy consultancy in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
The partnership of AdEx Partners, led by Carsten Kracht, Ferdinand Weiß and Stefan Rieder, remain fully invested and will continue their successful work in collaboration with Capvis.

For over 10 years, AdEx Partners has supported blue-chip enterprises in shaping and successfully executing their digital transformations and IT strategy. More than 170 highly experienced consultants are trusted advisors to business and IT managers alike. AdEx Partners has completed more than 1,000 successful projects in a broad range of industry verticals, such as pharma, healthcare, industrial equipment, retail, and financial services.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction. Completion of the transaction is still subject to approval from the relevant authorities.
